Mr. Raghavan works with Tata Consultancy Services as Head of Digital Citizen and Connected Social Systems Research and Innovation Program within the CTO R&D Organization. This program focuses on Smart Cities beyond a purely infrastructure-focused view, by building digital systems which help key stakeholders such as Citizens, Communities and Businesses to reimagine Quality of Life experiences in a Smart City. These solutions will become critical in the adoption of Smart Cities for the benefit of all. As a versatile technology professional with over two decades of IT experience, he has consulted with and built technology solutions for customers in various industries and geographies. In his previous role he was the Practice Head for Cloud Computing Incubation within CTO R&D. Raghavan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
