CUBE is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Uppuluri Developers Private Limited (UDPL) on February 4, 2025, development of residential complex in Bangalore. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in advancing high-quality residential infrastructure. The MoU was formally signed by Major General Padmanaban Lakshmanan, CEO of CUBE, and Mr. Manilal Chalasani, Director of UDPL. Through this strategic engagement, CUBE and UDPL aim to set new benchmarks in residential development, aiming for innovative, sustainable, and high-quality living environments.

CUBE recently presented a report on the impactful projects completed under the Namma School Namma Ooru Palli (NSNOP) initiative of the Government of Tamil Nadu at the Regional Conclave of NSNOP. The report was formally presented to Thiru Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi, Hon'ble Minister for School Education, Government of Tamil Nadu, by Mr. John joseph, Senior Manager, CUBE.
The report highlights the successful implementation of classroom construction and furniture provisioning for government schools in Manojpatti and Poovathur, carried out under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Through its collaborative efforts with NSNOP, CUBE continues to contribute to the State's vision of empowering government schools and improving the quality of education for children across Tamil Nadu.

CUBE has signed the MOU with Engineering Projects India Limited for in view of executing many Design Engineering & PMC Landmark projects together in near future.
CUBE is already executing Architectural, Structural, E&M and PHE design & detailing of several important Public Sector projects of TN State Govt. & came to the headline for the in the past. Now in lieu of the same, heading to do some prestigious mass housing projects for the same scope of work. This will enhance the experience / mastery of CUBE in Design Engineering arena, beyond the State boundary as well.

Medical College Hospital to kickstart the prestigious project "Conducting adequacy audit of existing liquid waste management facilities at 6 healthcare facilities in Tamil Nadu" which was awarded by TNHSRP, a World Bank supported project implemented by Department of Health and Family Welfare of Tamil Nadu Government.

CUBE has presented the Inception Report to the Technical Committee presided by Member Secretary CMDA for the Project titled "Study on Impact of Urban Development on Coastal Aquifer and Measures for Protection in the Villages from Kottivakkam to Mahabalipuram between Bay of Bengal and Buckingham Canal"
CUBE has been entrusted to formulate the “Sustainable Mining Policy” and “Natural Resources Management Plan” by the Department of Geology and Mining, Government of Tamil Nadu. The final draft of the Sustainable Mining Policy and Natural Resources Management Plan was presented to the Additional Chief Secretary to Government (FAC), Natural Resources Department, Government of Tamil Nadu in the presence of the Director of Geology and Mining, on 3rd July 2023. The Policy has been very well received and the department is now initiating the process of Government approval.
