Description & Brief scope
- To renew the major canals in the Kochi City by preventing sewage discharge in to canals.
- To facilitate the sewage flow from household communities to dedicated treatment plants for reuse and recycling, making the city pollution-free.
- To develop the canal network fit for inland navigation, tourism and recreational purpose.
Key Highlights
The original sewerage system designed by M/s Antea was vetted by CUBE. The total project cost was reduced by about Rs. 50 crores.
