Description:

Carried out Independent Quality Assessment and recommend areas for improvement for two projects - 1 1260 (17 blocks of G+5 & 1 block of G+2) Tenements constructed using MIVAN technology along with all community facilities at Murumangalam under the Rajiv Awas Yojana. The total built up area is around 47,018.85 Sq.m 2 1760 (24 blocks G+5 & 1 block G+3) Tenements with RCC framed structure along with all community facilities at Keerapakkam. The total built up area is around 66,156.44 Sq.m.
