CUBE is providing DesiTechnical & Project Management Consultancy Services For Planning & Development of the proposed Affordable Rental Housing Complex for CPCL Technical & Project Management Consultancy Services For Planning & Development of the proposed Affordable Rental Housing Complex for CPCL at Manali, Chennai under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for CPCL. The project comprises of nearly 1040 dwelling units and 3.2 Acres plot area. Scope of work a) Towers. (i) Dormitory Block (G + 9 Floors) 1 No. (840 No. DUs) (800 No.) (ii) One BHK Block (G + 9 Floors) 2 No. (200 No. DUs) (iii) Commercial Building (Stilt + 4 Floors) 1 No. b) Amenities. (i) Internal & External Electrifications / Lifts / Transformers / DGs / Solar Systems - Roof Top Solar Panels and Solar LED Lights at Roads & Walkways. (ii) Stormwater Drains & Rainwater Harvesting. (iii) Utility Building - Bore wells with Pump rooms, UG Sumps / Fire Sumps. (iv) Water supply Lines / Sewer Lines. (v) STP with dual sewer lines for reuse of water for flushing & Gardening. (vi) Fire Alarm & Fighting System. (vii) Internal Roads / Pedestrian Footpaths / Walkways. (viii) Two-wheeler & Cycle Parking. (ix) Arboriculture (Landscaping / Deep Tree cover / Water bodies / OSR). (x) Provisions for Playground Volleyball / Basketball court / Toddler zone / Open Gym. (xi) Rejuvenation of Nallah. (xii) Compound Wall with Entry Exit Gates.
